Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item. After this period of 14 days have elapsed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless it is a quality issue.
To be eligible for a return refund or exchange in the 14 day period, your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with swing ticket and not be damaged in any way.
Postage on returned items will not be credited back to your account.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow 30 days for credits to show on your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or received damaged. If you wish to exchange it for the same item or seek a refund, please send an email notification giving precise reasons and a photo (if possible) of the faulty item and your choice of an exchange or refund, should we agree with the claim after inspection of the item at info@alexgorebrowne.com and then return your item to: The Studio, Charlbury House, Charlbury, Oxfordshire, UK, OX7 3EX. Postage of any exchange/ refund item for the above reason will be FOC.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Studio, Charlbury House, Charlbury, Oxfordshire, UK, OX7 3EX.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any exchange product for damage or defect reasons will be posted free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
All product returns should be made using a trackable shipping service and take adequate shipping insurance cover as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without this protection.
