ALEX
Alex began her fashion career at Central St Martins where she completed a BA in Textiles with First Class Honours, followed by an MA in Fashion. She studied under the direction of tutor and course director Louise Wilson, alongside peers including Jonathan Saunders and Roksanda Ilincic.
SUSTAINABILITY
Alex Gore Browne knitwear is made from the finest cashmere, non mulesed, merino wool and Supima cotton - these materials are ethically sourced and traceable back to the farm of origin through chain of custody, with suppliers all being certified by the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS). The RWS is a voluntary standard that incentivises farming best practices and aims to improve the welfare of sheep and the land they graze on. RWS farmers are evaluated against animal welfare, land management, and social requirements set against progressive criteria, all of which are audited by a professional, third-party certification body.
